About this Role

As part of the site team the Premises Assistant will work as part of a team to ensure that tasks allocated are completed efficiently and effectively to assist in improving the facilities on site for all users. Communicating professionally and effectively with both internal and external site users is essential, as is a can do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that students, colleagues and community users of our facilities have a positive experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site each weekday evening and one in four weekends to ensure the security, maintenance, smooth running and facilitating of all activities on site. With a busy schedule of community lettings, the role will combine the undertaking of compliance and maintenance tasks whilst overseeing activities on site outside of school hours.

Hours of work are:

10.30am-6.30pm Monday-Thursday

11am-6.30pm Friday

8am-4pm Saturday-Sunday (one weekend in four)
