We are looking for:

We are looking for a calm, confident and proactive individual to lead the daytoday running of our Internal Suspension Room, establishing high expectations for behaviour and ensuring students access meaningful, curriculumaligned work. The successful candidate will take an active role in identifying and supporting students with persistent behaviour or socialisation challenges, delivering targeted interventions and tracking their impact. This role requires strong partnership working with Behaviour, Pastoral, SEN, Safeguarding and teaching teams, as well as external agencies, to promote positive behaviour and improve wholeschool standards. The position also includes wider academy duties such as supervision, administrative support and contributing to a safe, structured and ambitious environment for all students.
