Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong subject knowledge in English and a commitment to outstanding teaching

  • A passion for education and belief in the potential of every student

  • A collaborative, reflective, and adaptable professional approach

  • Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people

  • Experience teaching across Key Stages 3–5
