Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that inspire curiosity and promote strong academic progress.
· Contribute to the development of an innovative and inclusive curriculum across the Maths department.
· Create a positive and purposeful learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to share best practice and raise standards.
· Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment activities, clubs, or events that promote a love of Maths.
Essential:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Strong subject knowledge in Maths and a commitment to outstanding teaching
· Passion for education and belief in the potential of every student
· Collaborative, reflective, and adaptable professional approach
· Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people
· Experience teaching across Key Stages 3–5
