Key responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across key stages
• Inspire creativity, confidence, and participation in all students
• Direct and produce school performances, showcases, and events
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life

Pay range: MPS/UPS - £32,916.00 - £51,048.00 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject
• Proven ability to deliver inspiring Drama lessons across key stages
• Strong knowledge of drama techniques, practitioners, and performance styles
• Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
• Experience of directing productions or extracurricular activities (desirable)
