About this Role

The Langley Academy is seeking a committed, resilient and compassionate Student Support Manager – Reset Room Lead to oversee our Reset Room provision and play a key role in supporting students' behaviour, wellbeing and successful reintegration into learning. Working closely with pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams, you will create a calm and purposeful environment where students can reflect on their choices, develop positive behaviours and continue their education.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of working with young people, strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusion, restorative practice and helping every student achieve success.  At The Langley Academy, we believe in "One community. Working closely with our pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams, you will build positive relationships with students, families and staff; championing inclusive practice and helping students make lasting positive changes.
