About this Role

Our students come from all walks of life, and we want our staffing body to be reflective of the communities we work within. Brooke Weston Trust does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, nationality, culture, age, disability, marital status or socio-economic backgrounds. We encourage and welcome applications from minority groups and foster a work environment that’s inclusive as well as diverse, where people can be themselves.

Join Our Team and Inspire a Love for Geography!
As a Teacher of Geography, you’ll spark curiosity and help students make sense of the world around them. Every day, you’ll deliver engaging lessons that bring landscapes, cultures, and global issues to life, empowering young people to think critically and broaden their horizons. You’ll plan creative schemes of work, use innovative teaching strategies, and support learners of all abilities to achieve their best. While your main focus will be Geography, you’ll also have the flexibility to teach across the wider Humanities curriculum, ensuring a rich and varied experience.

This is a maternity cover role from 1st March 2026 until 1st March 2027 (or until the substantive postholder returns, whichever is sooner). A fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and share your enthusiasm for the subject. If you’re ready to inspire, support, and shape futures, we’d love to hear from you!
