About this Role

Harborne Primary School is a vibrant, inclusive and ambitious school split across two sites – Station Road and Court Oak Road – serving 808 wonderful pupils. We are in an exciting transitional period as we continue to strengthen our vision, provision and leadership structures. More about the role 
This role involves delivering high‑quality teaching through careful planning, assessment and ongoing monitoring of pupils’ progress, in line with national and school expectations. You will work collaboratively within a supportive and solution‑focused team, benefiting from joint PPA time that enables shared planning, consistency across the curriculum and rich professional dialogue. As part of our commitment to staff development, you will have access to a wide‑ranging CPD programme aligned with both school priorities and your individual career aspirations. You will also be encouraged to engage with strong regional and national teacher networks, offering opportunities to share best practice and stay connected to current educational research. In addition to your classroom responsibilities, you will contribute to the wider life of the school through pastoral work, enrichment activities and community engagement, while upholding high professional standards in safeguarding, behaviour and the school’s values.
