The successful applicant will:

Have
a Level 2 or equivalent Catering qualification, or equivalent knowledge and
experience
-
Relevant
experience in the catering industry, preferably experience in a school setting.
- Knowledge of standards for school food lunches, food hygiene and health and safety requirements in the kitchen
