• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, or related field.
• Have extensive previous experience in teaching Mathematics at GCSE Level.
• Be committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
• Have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Be experienced in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
