About this Role

Are you a people person with a sense of humour and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Radley College is on the hunt for a friendly, reliable, and team-spirited individual to lead our busy Dining Hall and Food Services team. 

 You will oversee the servery and dining hall, making sure every meal service is seamless and enjoyable for our vibrant community of students, staff, and families.

The Catering Department at Radley College is proud to offer an extensive range of food services across our campus. With over 765 students and 550 staff, our facilities operate year-round, seven days a week, ensuring that quality dining is always available.

Beyond daily meals, Radley College hosts a variety of functions and conferences, primarily for school events but also open to external clients. During school holidays, we accommodate residential courses, ensuring our facilities contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere throughout the year.

We prioritise top-quality ingredients from trusted local suppliers, ensuring every dish is fresh, flavourful, and sustainable. Our dedication to culinary excellence drives us to uphold the highest standards in sourcing, preparation.

This is a full-time role: 42.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 with evenings and weekends included.
