Chadlington Primary School values all members of the school community. We are looking to appoint a motivated teaching assistant to join our dedicated and happy team. The successful candidate will support teachers and work with individual children and groups across the primary age range during the school day and demonstrate commitment to helping children become successful learners. An interest in outdoor learning, gardening and the natural world is desirable. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with good initiative, who is passionate about improving outcomes for children.
We are committed to inspiring a love of learning and our teaching assistants play a very important part in the life of the school and its involvement in the wider community. Good literacy and numeracy skills and a willingness to learn are essential. You will also possess the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
