About this Role

You should have proven Reception experience or in a customer facing role preferably within a school or busy office and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will need to be  calm, approachable and highly organised and able to multi-task and work flexibly as no two days are the same!  A sound education to GCSE level (or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required. This post requires a high degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential information.  

8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday 

In this role you will: 

Provide professional reception and administrative support as the first point of contact for the school, managing reception, visitor processes, safeguarding compliance and confidential enquiries in line with GDPR requirements. You will oversee general communications, mail distribution, email management and deliver comprehensive administrative support including attendance monitoring, financial processing and petty cash controls to support the effective day-to-day operation of the school.
