We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our
residential provision as Residential Education Provision Manager, supporting
children and young people with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and
associated learning difficulties. This
is a key role within our residential team, responsible for overseeing
designated home living areas and ensuring the highest standards of care,
support and student development are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
You will play a central role in creating a nurturing, structured and aspiring
environment where students can develop independence, life skills and confidence
as they prepare for adulthood. Working closely with education and therapeutic
teams, you will ensure a joined-up approach that enables students to thrive
both in and beyond the classroom.
About You:
We are looking for a committed and skilled professional who has
experience working with children and young people with complex needs. You will demonstrate strong leadership, team
management and communication skills and have experience of managing rotas and
of day-to-day operations. Proven
experience within a residential, care or education provision will be evident and
you will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and
relevant care standards.
Experience within a specialist or SEND setting and a Level 5 diploma in
Leadership and Management would be advantageous but is not essential (you must
be willing to undertake and complete the Level 5 qualification if not already
completed).
You will be passionate about supporting young people to develop
independence, life skills, and confidence and be able to demonstrate the
ability to build positive, professional relationships with students,
colleagues, and families.
