About this Role

'GOLDEN HELLO PAYMENT OF £500*

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our residential provision as Residential Education Provision Manager, supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and associated learning difficulties.  This is a key role within our residential team, responsible for overseeing designated home living areas and ensuring the highest standards of care, support and student development are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in creating a nurturing, structured and aspiring environment where students can develop independence, life skills and confidence as they prepare for adulthood. Working closely with education and therapeutic teams, you will ensure a joined-up approach that enables students to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

About You:

We are looking for a committed and skilled professional who has experience working with children and young people with complex needs.  You will demonstrate strong leadership, team management and communication skills and have experience of managing rotas and of day-to-day operations.  Proven experience within a residential, care or education provision will be evident and you will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant care standards.

Experience within a specialist or SEND setting and a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management would be advantageous but is not essential (you must be willing to undertake and complete the Level 5 qualification if not already completed).

You will be passionate about supporting young people to develop independence, life skills, and confidence and be able to demonstrate the ability to build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

Why Join Us:

·         Generous pension scheme & life cover

·         Staff well-being sessions and support

·         Retail discounts and subsidised meals

·         Free on-site parking and refreshments

·         Supportive and collaborative working environment.

·         On-going professional development and training opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to further develop their career and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
