This role also forms part of our next steps for Ofsted, contributing directly to the continued improvement of the quality of education across the school. The successful candidate will help us embed the curriculum refinements, teaching expectations, and subject‑specific consistency required to demonstrate sustained improvement at our next inspection.
The successful candidate will bring:
- strong classroom expertise and a proven ability to secure excellent outcomes
- a commitment to high expectations, inclusive practice, and positive relationships
- the confidence to model exemplary teaching and support colleagues to improve
- enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, reflective, and forward‑looking team
This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your leadership journey, making a lasting impact on the quality of English teaching and the experience of students across all year groups. You will join a dedicated faculty and will play a key role in driving the culture, consistency, and ambition that underpin our school improvement work.
If you are motivated by the chance to shape an ambitious English curriculum, inspire young people, contribute to our next phase of Ofsted improvement, and develop your leadership in a supportive school community, we would be delighted to hear from you.
