Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage allergy matrices to meet children's medical needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy kitchen environment.
Prepare and serve delicious and nutritious meals to children
and staff.
Manage kitchen stock control and dietary requirements,
ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Lead and supervise a team of practitioners dedicated to high
standards of care for children.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety or Hygiene.
Strong communication, team working, and people management
skills.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new
requirements and guidelines.
