We are a forward thinking staff and encourage innovation and action research.  We have a successful track record of staff development for both teaching and support staff.  As a result, many of our staff have progressed in their careers, taking on additional roles within the school or gaining promotions elsewhere with the skills and experience developed from Bewick Bridge.

We wish to appoint a capable, enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to work as part of our amazing staff team.  The position will be part of our support staff, starting as soon as possible.
