About You:
We
are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative Teaching Assistant,
with a passion for teaching children with complex SEND, such as Autism and
moderate learning needs. You are someone who goes above and beyond for the
children in your care, putting them at the heart of every decision. You are
ambitious and motivated to improve the learning outcomes for every child. You are
eager to engage with professional development opportunities and continually
seek to develop and improve your practice. You have excellent communication
skills and with support, has the confidence to deliver a creative curriculum
for a small group of children working significantly outside their age
expectation. You collaborate with others and demonstrate a commitment to
maintaining high standards. You have a positive outlook, oodles of patience and
a great sense of fun. You embrace our values and ethos in all areas of your
work.
