Learning Support Assistant
Required to start September 2026
32.5 hours per week. Salary is pro rata (FTE - D1 £19,921.35 – D3 £20,900.18)
8.45am to 3.45pm
Actual salary will depend on experience.
Bradwell Village School is seeking to appoint a
passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join
our vibrant and inclusive school community. We are part of a unique Federation
that includes an Infant School, a Junior School, and a Special School, offering
our team members exceptional opportunities for professional growth and
collaboration. Our school has an Autism Spectrum Condition Unit for children
with Education, Health and Care Plans. By September 2026, the unit will support
24 pupils. We are looking for 3 Learning Supports who are eager to contribute to and be an
integral part of this development.
We need a Learning Support Assistant who:

Is experienced in teaching children with SEND
·

Is a team player and has a sense of humour
·
Has Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
