About this Role

TEACHER VACANCY

Following the success of our  Ofsted, Bramingham is a school where our vision'' every individual, every achievement and every moment matters' flows through the school' (Ofsted March 2023).  We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated class teacher.  We are offering you the opportunity to become part of our friendly and highly inclusive school - as recognised in our recent Ofsted - ' all pupils have equal access to the same education'. You will need to have a positive attitude and be an excellent teacher.  We are a school that strives to motivate and challenge children to become inquisitive, independent, lifelong learners.

'Pupils' behaviour meets the high standards that leaders have for them. They are respectful and learn to understand key values.

This is a maternity cover position.

If you feel you can make a difference and our vision resonates with you - then come and be part of our journey towards 'outstanding'.

Please email hwilson@bramingham.net if you would like to join us or arrange a tour.

Closing date: Monday 18th May 2026 at 9:00am

Interview date: Thursday 21st May 2026

We can offer:

Exciting challenges ahead where you can help change the future for a whole community.

A staff well-being package

Dedicated and talented staff

A passionate and supportive Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body.

Ofsted, March 2023, "Leaders, including governors, have taken effective action to bring about some significant changes in the school. In doing so, leaders have listened to staff and considered the impact of decisions on their well-being. Leaders have also made changes to key policies, such as amending the marking policy, to reduce workload wherever possible."

Enthusiastic children who are well behaved and eager to learn

Free Breakfast and Afterschool club for your child/ren if they attend the school.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.  Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure Barring Service.
