to the lives of our exceptional young people and wish to appoint an
enthusiastic, motivational and creative teacher to join our dedicated team at
this exciting time in the life of the school.
We are looking for a teacher who is keen to think creatively about
learning, inspire a love of learning, maintain high expectations and have a
significant positive impact on pupils’ outcomes, confidence and future life

The
successful candidate will be based in one of our two classes at our Rodillian
Partnership site. Our learners follow
the National Curriculum through highly personalised approaches that are
carefully aligned with their EHCP outcomes.
We hold high aspirations for all learners and they undertake a range of external

and we use a variety of creative, practical and experiential approaches to
ensure learning is accessible, meaningful and motivating. Learning happens in the classroom and in

learners can apply their learning to real life settings.

team of Learning Support Assistants and by a Middle and Senior Leadership Team
who have a secure understanding of the rewards and challenges of teaching in
