EDUCATION DIRECTOR (JUNIOR
SCHOOLS)
Required from August 2026
Reporting to
the Group Education Director, you will lead the educational support and quality
assurance functions across our Junior Schools.
The postholder builds strong relationships with school leaders, providing ongoing guidance on leadership, staffing, and school improvement, and contributing to appraisal, recruitment, and inspection readiness. They also support the development of new schools, advising on curriculum design, planning, and operational setup, while working closely with senior leadership to ensure consistency and excellence across the group.
This is a highly influential role that requires strong educational leadership experience, sound judgement, and the ability to work positively and effectively with colleagues across cultures and contexts. You will join a dedicated and collaborative central team, committed to supporting high quality teaching, learning, and leadership across our family of schools.
