We
are seeking to appoint a highly organised, skilled and motivated Examinations
Officer. While experience in a grammar school may be advantageous, it is not
essential; however, the successful candidate will be committed to ensuring that
all examination processes run smoothly, efficiently and in full compliance with
awarding body regulations.
You will work 36 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 4 additional weeks (43 weeks per year). This will include key periods, such as the final three weeks of August to support GCSE and A Level results and priority appeals. You will also be required to work at least two Saturdays per year: one in September for the 11+ examinations and one in January for the Year 12 entrance tests. The remaining days within the 43-week period can be scheduled flexibly to carry out the responsibilities of the role.
